Agreed,.....I don't like to see reputations damaged either,.......most everyone in business who tries to do a good job has trouble pleasing someone , somewhere. I think its better to voice opinions privately,....blanket statements are seldom completely accurate. That said,....this is a pretty savvy list of people,....I enjoy the input immensely !
