[turbobike] inlet plenum pop off valve

Im almost there ,everything is in place ,Im about to fit my blow off valve
in the plenum chamber.The only problem is Im not sure where to fit the
vacuum line to the valve?US gsxr's seem to have one conveniently placed in
the rubber boot between the right carb and the head, Aus. spec gsxr's
dont.The only other place I can think of is from one of the plastic carb
balancing stubbs on the carb top,but I'm not sure if the small opening will
see enough vacuum to operate the valve quickly?
 Any ideas out there?-
